    SAUTEED ASPARAGUS WITH RED ONION


    Ingredients


    250 gr. aspagus, trimmed and cut into pieces
    1 small red onion, choped into chunks
    2 tbsp olive oil
    ¼ cup toasted flaked almonds
    pinch of salt and pepper


    1- Heat olive oil in a pan over a medium heat until hot.
    2- Add chopped onions into pan and cook, stirring for 2 to 3 minutes.
    3- Then add asparagus pieces, pinch of salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionaly until asparagus is tender.
    4- Remove from the heat.
    5-Topped on toasted almond flakes while serving.
